Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning Officer
Rahma H. Vicent is a Tanzanian Social Work professional with a strong commitment to community development, social inclusion and creating positive social change. Her background in social work provides her with a people centered perspective on understanding community needs, assessing programme outcomes, and supporting initiatives that improve the well being and resilience of vulnerable populations.
As the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) Officer at Pure Love in Giving, Rahma supports the organization in tracking programme performance, collecting and analysing data, documenting results and generating evidence to inform effective decision making and continuous programme improvement. She contributes to strengthening accountability, learning and impact measurement across PLG’s community based initiatives.
Rahma is particularly passionate about youth and women’s empowerment, social inclusion, community development and evidence based programming. She believes that meaningful development requires listening to communities, learning from experience and using reliable evidence to design and improve interventions that create sustainable and lasting impact.
