How It Works
To reduce economic vulnerability and unemployment by equipping youth and women with the skills, confidence and opportunities needed to create sustainable sources of income.
We use a community based and youth led approach combining practical training, entrepreneurship and financial literacy, sustainable agriculture, mentorship, leadership development, networking and linkages to markets and opportunities. Participants are encouraged to apply their knowledge through practical activities and locally relevant enterprises.
The initiative strengthens participants' employability and entrepreneurship capacity, increases awareness of sustainable livelihood opportunities and enables young people and women to take a more active role in generating income and contributing to their communities.
Youth, women, young entrepreneurs, smallholder farmers, vulnerable community members and emerging community-based enterprises.
