Founder & Executive Director
Sadick Kibazo is a Climate Finance and Sustainable Development professional working at the intersection of development finance, investment planning, youth leadership and community driven climate action across East Africa. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Pure Love in Giving Tanzania (PLG), a youth led non profit organization dedicated to advancing sustainable development through climate action, community empowerment, clean water access (WASH), education, capacity building and youth-led development initiatives. Under his leadership, the organization has positively impacted more than 1,000 beneficiaries across Tanzania through innovative and inclusive community based programmes.
Born in the Pwani region and raised in Dodoma, Tanzania, Sadick brings a unique perspective shaped by both grassroots experience and active engagement in national and international sustainability initiatives. He served as the Tanzania Green Initiative (TAGreen) Ambassador and has been recognized as a Changemaker Spotlight by the Global Activists Network (United Kingdom) for his contributions to climate action and community development. He has also participated in international climate forums, including the United Nations Climate Change Conferences (COPs), where he has contributed to discussions on climate resilience, sustainable finance and youth participation in global climate governance.
Academically, Sadick holds a bachelor's degree in development finance and Investment Planning and has further strengthened his expertise through the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), where he was awarded a CFI Scholarship and earned the prestigious Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) certification. His professional interests include climate finance, sustainable investment, project development, financial modelling and resource mobilization for social and environmental impact.
Outside his professional commitments, Sadick enjoys cooking, exploring nature through hiking and walks and travelling to experience diverse cultures and landscapes. He believes that meaningful and lasting change is achieved by empowering communities, investing in young people and building partnerships that promote a more sustainable and resilient future.
