Head of Programs & Operations
Adam Mhina is a Tanzanian development professional with interests and experience in strategic planning, risk management, project management, public sector governance and community development. He has a strong interest in economic development, institutional performance, monitoring and evaluation and effective management of development programs.
As the Head of Programs & Operations at Pure Love in Giving, Adam leads program planning and implementation, coordinates organizational operations and supports the effective delivery of community focused initiatives. He is passionate about youth empowerment, sustainable socioeconomic development and strengthening communities through strategic and evidence based approaches.
Adam also has an interest in Chinese language and culture, having attained HSK Level 1 in Chinese at Zhejiang Normal University. In 2015, he participated in the Chinese Bridge Summer Camp for Tanzanian Students, organized and supervised by the Confucius Institute of Hanban, Beijing, China. This experience strengthened his cross cultural awareness and appreciation of international learning and collaboration.
He is committed to continuous learning, building meaningful partnerships and using his knowledge and skills to contribute to sustainable development and lasting positive change in Tanzania.
